Smoothly Automation is a business process automation consultancy based in Pampanga, Philippines, working with small and mid-sized businesses worldwide. We set up the CRM, build the automations — then hand over the documentation and training so the system belongs to you, not to us.
Most small businesses don't have a technology problem. They have a process that grew faster than the systems holding it together — and the gap gets filled by people remembering things.
That works until it doesn't. Leads arrive faster than anyone can chase them, the same data gets typed into three places, and the person who knows how everything works becomes a single point of failure. We started Smoothly to close that gap properly: not by adding another tool, but by connecting what's already there and documenting how it runs.
The people who build your systems — and who you'll actually be talking to.
Jerald came to automation the practical way — through running businesses and doing the manual work himself. He holds a degree in Business Administration (Business Management) and has spent years operating small businesses of his own, from a computer trading company to property management, where the difference between a working process and a broken one is felt directly rather than theoretically.
He began working hands-on with CRM systems in 2023, handling lead generation, data management, and pipeline work before moving into automation itself in 2025. That order matters: he learned what breaks in a sales process before learning the tools that fix it, which is why Smoothly engagements start with mapping how a business actually operates rather than with a platform recommendation.
Today he works daily in HubSpot CRM — designing workflows, sequences, and funnel architecture — and builds cross-tool automations on Make, Zapier, and n8n. He builds the way he'd have wanted someone to build for him back when he was the one copying data between tabs late on a Sunday night: nothing hidden, nothing that only one person on the team understands, and everything written down before he hands it over. A system that only runs while he's watching it isn't finished — the point is that you stop thinking about it entirely.
Four things we do on every engagement, whatever the platform.
We map your existing data and current working process first — what happens today, who does it, and where it breaks. Solutions that ignore how you actually work get abandoned.
We build on HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Make, Zapier, and n8n — which means we have no stake in which one you pick. Sometimes the right answer is the automation already built into your CRM, and we'll say so.
The most common automation problem isn't complexity, it's silent failure. Every workflow we ship has error handling, so a break gets flagged and logged instead of quietly costing you leads.
SOPs, training sessions, and recorded tutorials come standard. Most automation work is handed over as a black box; ours is handed over as something your team can run, extend, and troubleshoot.
Small and mid-sized businesses that have outgrown manual process.
We work with service businesses, agencies, consultancies, e-commerce companies, and growing startups — based in the Philippines and internationally. The common thread isn't industry, it's stage: the point where the spreadsheet stops coping and nobody is quite sure which leads got followed up.
Our clients typically come to us for one thing — a CRM that's a mess, or follow-up that keeps getting missed — and stay because the systems hold. You can read how that played out for Pup Social, or see what clients say on our reviews page.
