Refund Policy All services provided by Smoothly Automation involve significant custom work and dedicated time. As such: - **Projects not yet started:** If work has not commenced, a full refund of any deposit will be issued within 7 business days of your written cancellation request. - **Projects in progress:** Once work has commenced, deposits and payments for completed milestones are non-refundable. You will be invoiced only for work completed up to the point of cancellation. - **Completed deliverables:** No refunds are issued for work that has been delivered and accepted. - **Disputes:** If you believe a deliverable does not meet the agreed specifications, you must raise the concern in writing within 14 days of delivery. We will work in good faith to resolve the issue through revisions as defined in the project agreement. ## 6. Intellectual Property **Your content:** You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you provide to us for use in your project. **Deliverables:** Upon receipt of full payment, intellectual property rights for custom deliverables created specifically for your project transfer to you, except where third-party tools, platforms, or licenses are involved (e.g., HubSpot CMS, third-party APIs or SDKs). Those remain subject to their respective terms. **Our tools and processes:** We retain ownership of our internal frameworks, methodologies, generic code components, and tooling that are not specific to your project. ## 7.
